1. Order Processing Time
At Villaporta Sdn. Bhd., we are committed to delivering residential and commercial doors quickly, safely, and in excellent condition—whether it’s a solid hardwood front door, a modern aluminium design, or a custom-made glass panel entry.
Most standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), depending on stock availability, customization requirements, and order size.
Once payment is confirmed, our team carefully prepares your order for dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation, followed by either a tracking number (for courier shipments) or a scheduled delivery update (for bulky or customized doors).
2. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
- Wooden, Metal & Glass Doors
Larger or heavier products are shipped using specialized logistic partners to ensure secure handling and safe delivery. A recipient must be available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods. - Accessories & Small Items (e.g., door handles, locks, hinges)
These are shipped using trusted courier services directly to your address. - International Orders
At this time, we do not offer international delivery. For special arrangements, please contact us directly to discuss feasibility.

- Large and custom doors are delivered via logistics providers and may be coordinated by phone or email for scheduled delivery.

5. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Public holidays and festive peak seasons
- Remote or hard-to-access locations
- Severe weather or road conditions
- Courier or logistics partner delays
While such issues are beyond our direct control, Villaporta Sdn. Bhd. will actively assist in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping all orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
- Inspect goods immediately upon arrival.
- Report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide supporting photos of the product, packaging, and delivery slip.
Depending on the situation, we may arrange for:
- Replacement of items
- Partial or full refund
- Return pickup and redelivery
Note: We are not liable for loss or damage after items have been signed for, or if delivery was left unattended at your request.
